Dear Parents

 

It was a pleasure to welcome all the students back to school this week. Of course, our focus is to get on with teaching and learning in the classroom as quickly as we possibly can to ensure an excellent school year. As per our Term Dates 2024 – 25 we are running Information and Meet the Academic Tutor Evenings for each Year Group in the early part of this term.

 

At the Information Evenings, we will be informing parents about what students will be learning across their subjects this year, as well as the enrichment activities and school trips planned. We will also spend a little time showing parents how they can navigate our website to check all this easily when they need to. You will meet your child’s Academic Tutor and have the opportunity to discuss your child with them should you wish to.

 

We look forward to welcoming you at 5.30pm on the following evenings with refreshments and the opportunity to view our Art Exhibition of student work. We expect each evening to run for just over an hour and look forward to seeing you all. Of course, students are welcome to join their parents. Please do come.

These evenings are a new initiative for us and one, which we are sure, will be valuable for parents.
