Dear Parent/Guardian,

It was with real regret that we had to cancel 2 of the Life Drawing sessions this term – this was due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control and we were un able to cover the teaching. The money paid remains secured for sessions and we will run the dates below as previously stated as well as 2 additional sessions in Term 4 to cover those cancelled.

The workshops for Term 3/4 will run on a Wednesday evening; sessions will run unless otherwise stated and all students will be expected to attend if they have submitted a slip, unless prior parental contact has been made with the Art Department. The sessions will run from 3:00pm until 5:00pm. Students will need to ensure that they are able to get home at this time. Due to the cost of employing the model we need to charge a small fee. Students who have paid already for Term 3 owe no further money – but should your son/daughter like to attend but has not previously paid the payment for these sessions is £20. This covers the dates:

30th January, 6th February, 13th February, 27th February and 13th March.

If your son/daughter would like to attend this after school drawing workshop please complete the permission slip attached and place in an envelope with payment for the block. Please label this with the student’s name and “Life Drawing Term 3/4” and post in the finance box in the Mansion.
