Tomorrow Friday July 10^th, the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson will address all school leavers at 10am. The address will be broadcast on Youtube and Facebook.

Please do check with your daughter or son that they are receiving work for all lessons every day and do let us know if this is not the case.

Last week we sent 463 commendations to students, who had received recommendations form 3 or more teachers. There are a number of students, who were recommended by 1 or 2 teachers and we would now like all students to redouble their efforts as we approach the end of term, so we can recognize others, who may have just missed out this time.

Friday’s Tutor Time Activity is Quiz.

We are planning Work Packs in each subject for students to complete over the summer holiday. These will be set out in a weekly format, so students can easily see what tasks they need to complete in a given week. We want all our students in all Year Groups to perform to the very best of their ability when resume in September. Maintaining good and regular study habits over the summer holiday will support them to do this.

We are also planning for full reopening in September and basing our planning around the recently published Gov.uk Guidance. Between now and the end of term we will provide you with details of our planning.

We are now getting ready for our socially distanced parents’ days for Years 10 & 12 over the 4 school days between Thursday, July 16^th and Tuesday, July 21^st and the Booking system is open.
