Dear Parents and students 

This last week of the half-term has flown by.  

Following the tragic events in Turkey and Syria, members of the student body have asked that we make a donation for relief to the affected areas. We will donate 50% of the money raised from yesterday’s non-uniform day to the Disasters Emergency Committee and the remaining 50% to the NSPCC. 

We are proud of our students’ engagement and compassion.  

We are delighted to be sending letters of commendation to the parents of 963 students today for the submission of personal best class and homework assignments. Of the 963 students, 328 have been nominated by 3 or more of their teachers and their parents will also receive a Bronze, Silver or gold Certificate of Commendation.  

If your child has not yet chosen a book to read for 20 minutes daily, please have them choose and read a book from Digital Library Spring Term 2023 

We will look forward to welcoming students back to school on Monday, February 20^th.
