Letter to Parents 10th February 2025 - Non uniform day Friday 14th February

Monday 10th February 2025

Dear Parents and Carers

Brockhill Park Performing Arts College will be holding a non-uniform day this Friday, February 14th.

The school has chosen to support the work of the NSPCC - www.nspcc.org.uk

and the NSPCC Number Day.

The school has supported the work of the NSPCC over a number of years and we will speak in Tutor Groups this week about their work.

We are also supporting Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital this year and are following our very own Mr Jacob Zintel-Warner, who is cycling around the world to raise money for this wonderful, world-renowned British institution.

He has now travelled a long way and here is his most recent update:

We aim to raise a healthy amount of money to support the valuable work of the NSPCC and Great Ormond Street.

We are asking students to donate £1 for this non-uniform day and they are invited to wear an item of clothing with a ‘number theme.’

The day will operate as a ‘dress down’ day for staff who will also be contributing.

Since the start of the school year, we have raised over £3500 for charity and we are proud of our students and their commitment to supporting others.

Yours sincerely,

Charles Joseph

Principal
